Vista is proud to present the spectacular Ristorante Sottovoce, one of the first rooftop restaurants in the city, where in an intimate atmosphere surrounded by incomparable views guests can enjoy an unforgettable experience for the palate, eyes, and spirit.

Vista’s is tempered by tradition, and enlivened by experimentation with the best of local products, including an exciting collection of the finest wines from Italy and the world over. Among them, the Cru Ciliegio Amarone della Valpolicella 2015 DOCG an the Ciliegio Armando Gianoli Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva 2011 DOCG, both from the prestigious La Collina dei Ciliegi winery. These are the central ingredients of Vista Verona’s food and wine philosophy, which dictates the only thing that’s predictable is the extraordinary quality.

MEET
OUR CHEF.

Executive Chef of the Sottovoce Restaurant located inside the Vista Palazzo | Verona hotel is Fabio Aceti, a talent born in 1986. Among the experiences that shaped him one of the most important was working for Gualtiero Marchesi at his restaurant at L’Albereta di Erbusco in Franciacorta and later at the Antica Osteria del Ponte in Cassinetta di Lugagnano alongside chef Ezio Santin. After finishing his studies and after an intense period in Paris at Michel Troisgros’ three-starred restaurant, he has worked in London for Michel Roux at the Langham Hotel. It was from this great master that he learnt rigour in the kitchen, the importance of the beauty of each dish and to always strive for excellence. He then continued his career in Milan before moving to Verona, to the gourmet restaurant Famiglia Rana and later to Tenuta Le Cave.
He has passionately directed the kitchen of the Sottovoce restaurant in Verona since its opening. Aromatic herbs are the protagonists in his dishes, which he personally grows in his small green space created within the structure.
